The hot spring inn where the Shohoku team stayed during the Hiroshima Inter-High.
This is the inn where Hanamichi Sakuragi and the other members of the Shohoku High School basketball team stayed when they competed in the Inter-High tournament in Hiroshima. Located in the Yuki Onsen district, it appears in the original manga as "Chidori-so." It has since closed down and is currently in need of preservation.

Take the JR Sanyo Main Line from Hiroshima Station to Itsukaichi Station.
Board the train bound for Iwakuni departing from Platform 1 at Hiroshima Station.

Board the Hiroden bus bound for "Yuki Lodge" (Route 4) at the bus stop located at the south exit of Itsukaichi Station.

The journey from Itsukaichi Station to the final stop, Yuki Lodge, takes approximately 70 minutes.

Yes, you can visit by private car. It takes approximately 50 minutes (33 km) one way from central Hiroshima.
There is a Tourist Exchange Center located right next to Yuki Lodge, where free parking is available.

Yes, the one-way trip takes about an hour and 45 minutes, involving a transfer between the train and the bus.
The one-way fare is 1,420 yen (340 yen for the train plus 1,080 yen for the bus), and transit IC cards are accepted.
*Buses run approximately once an hour; outbound service operates from 9:00 AM to around 9:00 PM, and inbound service runs from 6:00 AM to around 7:00 PM.
