Here, the story unfolds with its most intense episodes yet—clashes against national powerhouses, including the Osaka representative Toyotama and the ultimate champions, Sannoh!

Ishida Memorial Gymnasium (Hiroshima University of Economics)

The undisputed kings of high school basketball and the ultimate rival team, having achieved three consecutive national championships.
This is the gymnasium that served as the setting for the legendary "Shohoku vs. Sannoh" showdown.
In the manga, it appears as the "Migita Memorial Gymnasium."

The "Shohoku vs. Toyotama" match—Shohoku High School's first appearance at the Inter-High national tournament.

Ryokan Midori-so

This is the inn where Hanamichi Sakuragi and the other members of the Shohoku High School basketball team stayed when they competed in the Inter-High tournament in Hiroshima.
In the manga, it appears as "Chidori-so." It has since gone out of business and is currently in need of preservation.
